Description: The hologram or “DOVID” (Difractive Optically Variable Image Device) is an optical device that change the image depending on the light or the observation angle.

Security holograms are very difficult to forge, because they are replicated from a master hologram that requires expensive, specialized and technologically advanced equipment. For this reason it’s used as a tool against counterfeit.

The hologram production can be realized only after a "Master" that can be formed with precise techniques of good security, like the optical and laser engraving with overlapping images, and higher security, such as generating diffractive images , composed of pixels, individually exposed to the laser with laser beams focused in succession.
